I have a problem with them two days ago. I tried to withdraw my €20 and they kept disapproving the withdrawal and tell me to contact support. I contacted support but you only get to receive the same email over and over again saying contact support.. Seriously I think the website is dubious. No phone number to contact the people no support even if you email. The customer care email does not reply you.. I believe the website is scam. If they cannot pay €20 how can they pay your winnings? Darum bat ich um Löschung meines Accounts und die Auszahlung auf das bekannte Konto.
Man verweigerte mir die Auszahlung, da der Betrag zu gering sei. Erst ab 10 Euro wird ausgezahlt.
Bei anderen Lottoanbietern werden auch geringste Beträge ausgezahlt.
Ich beschwerte mich über dieses Verhalten und die Quintessenz war eine lapidare E-Mail, dass mein Account gelöscht wurde.
Keine Chance mehr, an die 1,46 Euro heranzukommen.
Wenn die das mit allen Nutzern so machen, verdienen die sich an Recht und Gesetz vorbei, Millionen nebenher.
