You must attach the completed winner claim form to all claims for prizes exceeding $600. It is easy as pie to do that, as the process will take just a few minutes:

Indiana Lottery Rules and Laws
The Hoosier Lottery was established in 1989. There have been some changes in the rules and the list of lotteries that the HL oversaw, and the process is on. The present pool of games consists of eight lotteries, and some rules are common to them all:
- Playing lotteries is allowed if a participant is 18 or older.
- Powerball, Mega Millions, Cash4Life, and Hoosier Lotto jackpot winners can choose between annuity payments and the lump sum.
- There are some add-on options and multipliers for the HL players to make the game more engaging. They are EZ Match for Quick Draw and Cash 5, Superball for Daily games, Bullseye for Quick Draw, and +PLUS for Hoosier Lotto.
- There are at least seven local TV stations that provide the draw broadcasts.
