So, there are no more facts about those lucky people, though we hope they will make a statement someday. Loto Cash Rules in Puerto Rico

Loto Cash belongs to the pool of Electronic Lottery, the provider run by Puerto Rico Lottery (Lotería de Puerto Rico), the commission operated by the Puerto Rico Department of Treasury. The history of the game traces a lot of changes, and the key milestones are the following:

  • 2002 – the new PRL game, Loto, is introduced, and a 6/46 matrix is offered for it.
  • May 25, 2016 – the name of the lottery was changed to Loto Plus, and the 5/40+1/15 format was established.
  • November 1, 2016 – the Loto Plus draws are held at 07:00 p.m. AST instead of 10:00 p.m.
  • May 17, 2021 – the game is renamed Loto Cash now, and the matrix is changed to 5/35+1/10.

As for the main principles and rules of the game, the following points should be considered:

  • The players are allowed to participate if they are at least 18 years old.
  • As we have already mentioned, the 5/35+1/10 format determines the players’ strategies. For example, to pick the lottery numbers, you may follow the Pick 5 method, use lottery predictions, or take advantage of our helpful tools.
  • The Loto Cash prizes can be won in nine tiers.
  • The match of 1 Lucky Number only brings you Reintegro, or the right to enter the game once again.
  • You can win more by adding RevanchaX2 or Multiplier to your bet.

The game can be played over the counter only. To participate in the lotteries online, visit reliable lotto sites we recommend.

It’s very easy to become a Loto Cash player in Puerto Rico! Just follow these steps:

  1. Give a visit to any Electronic Lottery participating retailer, ask for a playslip, and study it carefully.
  2. Pick five numbers out of 35 and one Lucky Number out of 10. You may choose the numbers on your own or via Quick Pick.
  3. Set the Multiplier and RevanchaX2 if necessary.
  4. Select the number of consecutive draws in the corresponding field.
  5. Do the same for the needed number of panels (up to 5).
  6. Hand the playslip back to the retailer and get your paper ticket in return. Buena suerte!

Still, Puerto Rican lotteries are not offered online. There is an Electronic Lottery Official mobile app, but you can use it just as a manual for the draw games and a ticket checker. Still, you may install the lottery software and other lotto apps to get more opportunities.

As for the results of the current draw, you can use the following options:

  • see the winning numbers on the Electronic Lottery Official website;
  • download the mobile app and keep track of the latest news right there;
  • watch the Loto Cash draws on Livestream;
  • visit an official retailer to scan your ticket right there and see if you are a winner or not.

Besides, the results are always available on our site, so stay with us!
